Team chat for recruiters: Loops keeps your team's talk next to the work

Your team says a lot in a day: who is sending the CVs, what was agreed with a client. Most of it is gone by Friday because it was said in one app and the work lives in another. Find and start conversations

• Loops sits in the top bar beside Simi Decisions, with who is online and everything looped to you.
• Favourites, loops and meetings each fold away. Star, mute or close a loop from its row.
• Command E searches people, recent loops and meetings. Click a colleague to see what is open with them.
• New chat with names on the To line makes a loop or a group.

Hand work over

On a Simi Decision card, press Loop in. Simi already knows who owes it, and they get the client's own words with Reply to the record. Until they press Done you see Waiting on them, and Done settles it everywhere. Type @ to tag a candidate, client or lead, and mentions from record comments land in the loop.

Call, meet and keep promises

Call rings everyone in the loop, with Simi listening or private with nothing kept. Afterwards her notes are in the loop, written for each person. Meet now sends a link to bring in a candidate or client. Every promise, typed or said, lands in Actions as a week, and you can hand any action to anyone.

Should a recruitment team replace Slack with Loops?

Keep Slack or Teams for everything else. Use Loops when the conversation is about a candidate or a client, so it sits on the record and Simi can act on it.

Are private Loop calls recorded?

No. A private call records, transcribes and keeps nothing.
